A pre-launch Flutter app for room redesign through masked image editing, backed by a self-built dual-cloud API.
What changed
- Edits the painted region of a room photo while preserving the surrounding scene.
- Uses a shared REST contract across a Docker backend and Cloudflare Workers.
Focused room editing
Users paint a region on a room photo to request a redesign. Mask-based image-to-image editing regenerates that region and preserves the remainder, using Google Nano Banana through OpenRouter.
Backend architecture
The Flutter client connects to a self-written dual-cloud backend. PostgreSQL and Redis run on Docker, while Cloudflare Workers and D1 provide another backend path behind the same REST contract.
